Room for rent in Mountain View (2BD/1.5BA)

We have a 225 sq ft living room available in a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment in Mountain View for $900 plus utilities (typically ~$50-75 per month per person including internet, PGE, water, etc.). As you can see from the pictures, the living room does not come with any bedroom furniture, but we can move out any or all of the current furniture and help put up dividers.

The room is open starting anytime in July or August. Long term renters preferred (current lease is through next May).

The apartment complex has a pool, hot tub, BBQ, fitness center, and lots of free parking in a lot or on the street. The apartment itself was renovated just last year. It has an outdoor porch, a dishwasher, and in-unit laundry.

Great location. Only a 10 minute bike ride to the Mountain View caltrain station and blocks from El Camino or highway 85.

We are two Stanford graduate students in our mid 20s. We are pretty laid back, nice, quiet, respectful roommates. We would be happy to meet and show you the place!
