Room for rent in Mountain View Oct 1st- $1400

Hey guys! We are looking for a new female roommate in our 3 bed 2 bath houseshare! We are two young professionals living in Mountain View, minutes from Google and trails along the Bay and walkable to Shoreline Amphitheater. We are losing our 3rd roommate who is moving in with an SO. Our ideal roommate would be someone in their 20s or 30’s who is looking for a place long-term.
The room is unfurnished and has its own closet and a bathroom shared with a female roommate. The living room and kitchen are furnished. We also have a washer/dryer in unit and a fully applianced kitchen (gas stove/microwave/dishwasher), and guaranteed parking. The house also has a small yard out back. We split utilities which usually run about $30-$60/person a month.
