Room for rent in our 5 BD home!

We are a co-ed group of girls and guys whose ages range from mid-20's to mid-30's looking for like-minded individuals to move into our shared 5 BD/ 2.5 BA home.

<p>A charming South Bay home with a backyard, garage, and balcony - rare for the area! This home is 5 min. away&nbsp;from the Mountain View Caltrain station, and is close to the 101, 85, and 237 for convenient commute access.&nbsp;</p><p>The house is located close to main streets (Middlefield Rd, Whisman Rd), while conveniently tucked in a quiet neighborhood. Downtown Mountain View - Castro Street is only 2 miles away.</p>

The room is $1,300 per month in addition to the cost of utilities which are split among the roommates. The room is available for move in starting February 15th.
