Room for rent in our 7 BD home!

We are a co-ed group of girls and guys whose ages range from mid-20's to mid-30's looking for like-minded individuals to move into our shared 7 BD/ 3 BA home.

Spacious home with newly installed hardwood floors, renovated bathrooms, granite countertops, and stainless appliances. Walking distance to both EA and Oracle headquarters, Neighborhood shopping center, coffee shops, and local restaurants are 1 mile away. Easy access to Highway 101, 92 (connecting to the East Bay). SFO International Airport is a 10 minutes drive. The chefs in this house will love the professional gas stove and beautiful backyard garden with fruit trees. The house is located a few steps from the blue lagoon and Marlin Park with a lot of birds and wildlife to enjoy. Bike or run around Redwood Shores and enjoy San Carlos Downtown for great restaurants and outings.

The room is $1,350 per month in addition to the cost of utilities which are split among the roommates. The room is available for move in starting February 18th.
