Room for rent in our 7 BD home!

We are a co-ed group of girls and guys whose ages range from mid-20's to mid-30's looking for like-minded individuals to move into our shared 7 BD/ 4.5 BA home.

<p>Spacious, beautiful home in the heart of Redwood City. Walking distance to the CalTrain and downtown Redwood City, which has grocery stores, shopping, theaters, restaurants, and bars. Mars Haus is only a few minutes drive to the El Camino Real and 101 Freeways.&nbsp; The house has built-in speakers in the kitchen for listening to music while cooking, a large mounted flat-screen TV and wet bar in the living room, and comes fully furnished! The yard is well-kept and will be regularly serviced!</p>

The room is $1,350 per month in addition to the cost of utilities which are split among the roommates. The room is available for move in starting April 1st.
