Room for rent in Palo Alto

I live in Palo Alto and my house has 2beds/2baths so, now I am finding a roommate(or two more person can be OK)
I am a vising researcher at Stanford university and my home is about 2 miles far from university.
So I hope my roommate is also SU student/Pos-doc/staff etcs.

My home is full furnished and wireless internet/cable TV are available.
Also you can use your private bath, and living room/kitchen are shared.

I am 30yrs old, male and clean,kind,neat,social,professional,non-smorking but sometime drink a little! (love drinking beer!)
So, I think you will feel very comfortable if you will be my roommate.
Leasing cost is $1,450/month but it will be negotiable according to leasing term.
