Room for rent in Palo Alto

Hi,

I am a 27 y/o guy who graduated this spring from Stanford and now I am working full-time here in Palo Alto. I have a room for rent in my house in Palo Alto, house is in midtown near Greer and Oregon, close to the 101. It's a bedroom + bathroom with a car parking spot in front of the house. The rent is about 1350$ per month and is per direct available. I am looking for someone who is clean, preferably for a longer period of time and non-smoking (inside not ok!).
