Room for Rent in Palo Alto

We’re 3 girls looking for a female roommate in her mid-late 20s/early 30s. The three of us are second year graduate students studying clinical psychology. We have a pretty busy schedule, but would love to find a roommate that is friendly and down to hang. We prefer to keep our shared living spaces pretty clean and we maintain reasonable hours on the weekdays. We are pretty chill and quiet by 10:30pm Monday-Thursday and Sunday.

We are renting out a charming bedroom with a shared bathroom on the second floor of the unit, approx. 9’-2” x 9’-11”. The apartment is located in a community called Parker Palo Alto. Rent is $1275 a month, in addition to utilities split with other housemates. This is a 13-month lease beginning on 08/04/18.
