We have a good sized downstairs bedroom (13 feet by 12) with good size closet, furnished with full size bed, dresser, 36" flat panel tv, newly carpeted. Large furnishing stays. Looking for a long term roommate, so a good fit for all is important.

There is a very private feel at this end of the house. "Shared" bathroom (Stand in separate shower stall which is mostly used by tenant), Kitchen, and laundry privileges. There is no private entrance but you will feel very private in this portion of house. We are a friendly family, but value both your need for space and ours so it's a great fit for a nice homey environment. Very nice backyard full of flowers, small lawn, deck off the family room. patio with bbq, and lighted swimming pool. Ample street parking in a very safe neighborhood.

Wi-Fi, internet, PG&E, water, garbage, washer/dryer included (with reasonable guidelines given).

Very close to charming down town Laurel Street for good restaurants and shopping, minutes from large grocery store, banks, gas stations, and parks. Conveniently located for access to 280 and 101. Close to main streets for bus service, 3 minutes from Caltrans via car, or 7 minutes to Caltrans via bike.

Storage you must find offsite as we don't have the room. And sorry but no overnight guests (very serious about this part) Vistors allowed in with prior permission -- got to feel comfortable with strangers in house that we don't know.

Must be pet friendly as we have two small dogs living here. Animals have never been allowed in the rental bedroom, so carpets in that room are pristine and allergy free.

We are a nice family looking for someone who is like us --someone who is considerate of others, respects privacy, security minded (so no one comes in and dogs don't get out) , is courteous about noise levels, and someone who appreciates cleanliness and is on top of picking/cleaning up after themselves in the common areas, and does not mind a no shoe wearing policy in the house.

Rental price is a month to month lease of $1,200 first and last, plus $300 security deposit. There will be a very small application for for reference checks.
