You're spending way too much time at home. Why not have a roof deck there?
Some details about our place:
- Two-story, top-floor, 3bd 2ba, and 1270 sf - this thing is huge
- Totally remodeled - especially the kitchen, which has brand new appliances
- Large bedrooms – yours is on the top floor, and is plenty large enough for a desk, so critical for remote work in the Coronavirus era
- In-unit washer/drier
- Super safe, gated community (yes, apparently this DOES exist in SF) – very nice
- AMAZING location - right by Geary & Divisadero corridor, super close to Pac Heights in the north, Japantown to the east, Hayes Valley to the south and Golden Gate Park right to the west!
- But seriously, location is really great, even in these crazy times, there’s plenty of restaurants and ice cream shops that are still open, and most importantly we have SIX parks within a mile at which you can eat said ice cream.
- And - get this - a HUGE roof deck, with pretty decent city views. Seriously. Check out that pic. When the rest of the world is going to shit, at least you know you can have a mimosa on your roof deck.
Oh yea, and you get to live with us. We're just OK though, the roof deck is really the star here. Here's some details if you want them though:
- I'm a 30yr old male Cal grad, and work in tech (#nondescriptsfperson). I will also be your landlord :D Alex (F), with whom you will share a bathroom, is in healthcare tech.
- We are quiet & clean in common areas, I personally don't cook, but I will, however, wash your dishes if you cook for me. I can also cook with you but advise you to supervise me closely, lest I accidentally burn down our kitchen.
- We do occasionally have friends over (less so since COVID – I think there were 3 months where not a soul came over), but these are small gatherings for K-Dramas, board games etc.
- We aren't 420 friendly in the condo TBH but if you're super cool you can smoke on our gigantic roof deck.
- We're pretty much your standard millennial techies - We like EDM, streaming tv, and traveling (:(). Alex makes cookies and has an affectionate cat. I play ping pong, board games, and tennis, and would especially love to play tennis with you, personally.
- Yes, I went to Burning Man, in case that's on your checklist.
