We have a room open in our 3BR house in Mountain View, available immediately.

The house has a large living room and kitchen, plenty of garage space and comes fully equipped (my roommate and I have been living here for more than 4 years). TV + Netflix, music and plenty of books, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

The room for rent shares a bathroom with another roommate (Paul). Right now, it is fully furnished with a bed/mattress, desk and bed stand (but we can get rid of it if you have your own stuff) and a walk-in closet.

Your two roommates would be two 30 y.o guys, working in startups (but you don't have to). We're fan of the outdoors (skiing, cycling, trail running, surfing...), music and books. We do our own things but also enjoy the occasional dinner, movie or board game together.

The house is located on the south side of Mountain View, in a quiet residential neighborhood close to Los Altos. We're a few blocks away from the Sleeper Ave entrance to the Stevens Creek Trail, making a bike commute to Downtown Mountain View and Google super easy. We're also close to 85/237 highway entrance so it's a great car commute location, and only 25 minutes to Stanford campus. There's plenty of room in the driveway and infinite street parking.

Rent is $1,200 + utilities (between $100 and $200 a month depending on the season), with cleaning every 3 weeks. Lease is month-to-month, with a one-month deposit. Available immediately.
