room for rent near SJSU

i live in a duplex with 2 other people (and 1 cat) and we have a room in our house we really need to rent ASAP so we can afford our rent in August. (it's around 850 sq ft? we don't have the actual measurements.)

rent would be $875 a month including parking, not including utilities. the house is about a 10 min drive and 20 min bus ride; we're right near a bus stop.

being LGBTQ+ is definitely preferred!
