I recently graduated from Stanford and am working in San Francisco as a software engineer. I have a room in my 2 bed 1 bath Burlingame apartment and am looking for a person to sign a one year lease. The apt is 900 sqft and was recently remodeled in 2015. It gets a lot of natural light and breeze. It is very close to Burlingame downtown and is about 7 min bike ride to Millbrae BART/Caltrain station. Its also just 2 blocks from Broadway shopping district. The apt comes with a car parking spot and has a coin operated laundry. Just 8 min drive to San Mateo downtown.
