Rest of home is furnished. Shared downstairs includes kitchen, living room, and backyard. Upstairs has two bedrooms and full bath with tub. Shared tandem parking with one covered spot. Coin-operated laundry in complex.

Roommate is a busy working professional. Spends time at home during weekdays often due to flexible work schedule. Enjoys maintaining a neat and clean home that is smoke-free. Has friends over from time to time; this is not a party house.

Ideal for a visiting Stanford associate or busy techies in the local area.
