Hiya! My awesome roommate has decided to make the move in with her boyfriend, so unfortunately my partner and I are looking for another roommate! The rent is $1550 + about $80-$90 for utilities. The place is great and has a ton of accommodations. ALSO NO SECURITY DEPOSIT.

Female PREFERRED, couples are fine ($775 each + $40-$50 for utilities)

Flexible move-in date, year lease (5/29/19) but open to a shorter stay if you're fine with finding another sublet later on.

The place:
-Safe, gated community
-You would have your own bedroom and bathroom (w shower) with large closet/windows
-Balcony and storage room
-Covered parking spot in a gated community(free)
-Front 'porch' type balcony
-In unit washer and dryer
-Dishwasher
-Pool, hot tub, clubhouse, gym
-Redone exterior, windows and door and they are redoing the kitchen (granite countertops)
-Pets are ALLOWED (just $35 extra a month)

The area:
-Off of Central Expressway in Sunnyvale
-0.9 miles from the Caltrain Station
-0.9 miles from downtown Sunnyvale
-2.0 miles from the VTA station in Mountain View

About us:
-Two female 23 year old professionals who work at Stanford (we can carpool if you want)
-Extremely chill, fine with you having guests over or whatever you want. Just pay rent on time (5th of each month) and don't be super messy!
-Weed friendly if that's what you're into
-Not home often, not loud, super clean and respectful!
-Love science, the outdoors, crafts etc.
-Don't cook too much
