Room in 3 bed/2 bath Menlo Park apt; Available July 15th

We have one room available in our Menlo Park apartment for $1300 per month plus utilities (roughly $20-30 per month). The apartment has a washer/dryer in unit, smaller kitchen w/ stove, oven, and dishwasher, and large common area. Street parking is available if you have a car. We are a short walk to the Menlo Park Caltrain station and within 15-20 min biking distance of the Stanford medical campus.

Move in date is July 15th but may be open a few days before that.

About us: 2 pretty clean and quiet guys who work at Stanford (one being a grad student). We will go out on occasion, drink socially but mostly we keep to ourselves.
