Hello.

We have a second-floor bedroom (with private bathroom) available in a secure/gated apartment complex in Atherton/Redwood City (on El Camino Real).

Here are the features of the room:
• Private room on the second floor
• Big window that gets the morning light (southeastward facing)
• Walk-in closet
• Large private bath with a large bathtub, a standup shower, and two sinks

Here are the features of the apartment:
• Three-story apartment in a secure/gated apartment complex in Atherton/Redwood City (on El Camino Real)
• Downstairs/ground floor: large kitchen with an island, dining area, dishwasher, and room for bikes etc; half bathroom; dining room; living room
• Second floor: two bedrooms at opposite ends of the hall; washing machine and dryer in hallway closet
• Third floor: crawl space/attic; third bedroom
• Underground shared storage
• Underground parking (we have two spaces that we can rotate access to if all three housemates have a car)

About us:
• Stanford postdoc
• Stanford M.S. '11 graduate working at a Palo Alto startup
• Enjoy cycling, running, and other outdoor activities
• Work quite a lot
• Easygoing

Rent:
• $4,800 per month plus utilities on top of that
• We can split the rent and utilities etc equally three ways ($1,600 + utilities etc)
• We're on a month-to-month lease right now
