I am moving out of this nice and cozy place where I have lived for 4 years and my roommates are looking for a new roommate to share a 3BR/2BA condo in Mountain View. The new tenant will share the bathroom with another guy. Rent is $950/month plus other utilities and internet. Deposit $800. The room is for one person. Occasional overnight guest is ok. The owner requests no pets and no smoking.
About the room: Shared bathroom. The room is unfurnished. You'll get one covered carport.
About the place: The complex is close to downtown MV (5 minute drive) with easy access to Hwy 101, 237 and 85. It has a swimming pool and on-site laundry, and it is a calm and quiet neighborhood. Nob Hills, Ranch 99, and Walgreen are within 5-minute walk. The unit has a dishwasher, oven, central heater, and fridge.
About you: We are looking for someone who has a stable job, who's clean, respectful to others, no drama and no crazy late night party. We enjoy conversation with roommates, and it'd be nice to have you join us.
About roommates: Current residents are female and male professionals, clean, friendly, and laid-back no drama style. Both work regular hours and enjoy outdoors.
