House is a block away from Woodside Road, roughly halfway between 101 and 280. Walking distance to Safeway and several restaurants. ~20min drive/~25min bike ride to Stanford campus, ~15min drive to SLAC.

4 male housemates (all Stanford grad students & alumni)

Room is approximately 11ft x 8.5ft.

Shared bathroom with 1 other roommate

Shares a parking spot on the driveway (there is also plenty of street parking).

Washer & dryer in the house, additional storage in the garage, full-size kitchen, living room with shared couches, TV & dining table, backyard with yard furniture

House is clean & quiet, and we expect it to remain so.

Room is available August 1st.

One-time fees: ~$25 background check on application, deposit (equal to 1.5 months rent), ~$30/yr renter's insurance, ~$160 to cover costs of common furniture

Monthly costs: $980 rent, ~$30 house cleaning, $130-$200 utilities (depending on time of year)
