Hi!
We are living with seven people in Palo Alto in a very nice spacious house and are looking for a new roommate from July! Let me list the details:
- Price of the room is $950 excluding utilities.
- Room has a built in closet.
- Room is not furnished, but we could take care of a twin bed, a desk and a little cupboard if wished.
- Roommates are around 23 to 27 years old, all working around the Bay. Most of them graduated from Stanford.
- There is plenty of privacy and people like to do their own things, but we do get together for house potlucks on Fridays, hanging out in the living room or house trips for example to Napa.
- Shared bathroom with one other person.
- House contains a big living room, connected kitchen, big yard with BBQ and Basketball field, workout room and "office" spare room.
- Quiet family-like neighbourhood with plenty of free parking.
- I am moving out on July 3d, but if you would want to move (a) day(s) earlier, we could probably figure something out.
