Medium sized room on 2nd floor for rent in a 6BR/3BA close to Stanford's campus. This is a fully furnished room with queen bed, desk, desk chair, and winged armchair in which you can feel like Winston Churchill.

The house is in a peaceful neighborhood, next to the golf course, with a large backyard, complete with BBQ and furniture.
Only an 8 minute bike ride / 30 minute walk to Stanford Hospital. Less than a 5 minute drive to Freeway 280. Plenty of street parking in the cul-de-sac.

In addition to rent, there is a $400 pass down fee (for communal furniture and appliances in the living room, kitchen, and backyard), and $200 security deposit.

The 5 other roommates (3 men, 2 women) are all young professionals (e.g., graduate students, post-docs, resident physicians).
It's a busy household but we're not unreasonable; we work hard and play hard.
