Room in a 2-room house on campus (Aug & Sept)

A room is available in a 2-room house on Stanford Campus.

• The house: 2 rooms- both are good sized, an additional "dressing room" where you can privately dress/makeup ..etc., a kitchen: full kitchen is attached to the more spacious room (but still leaving a good area for a bed/couch, study desk/table, and cooking), a bathroom, lots of closets, ample patio area with table and chairs, and a nice garden you can access.
  The place is very comfortable for 2 people currently living there but one roommate (female) is graduating from Stanford and leaving. The remaining roommate is a Stanford doctor (male) who is quiet, respectful, and barely home (works 14-16 hr/day, even WEs); Practically the entire house will be all yours >90% of the time. No gender preferences!

• The house is furnished, including kitchenware and utensils for cooking/eating...

• Location is extremely convenient (on campus; on same block with the Stanford On-Campus Housing, though not part of the University housing). 5 different Free Stanford Shuttles take you around the campus or even to cheap shopping/grocery in San Antonio Shopping Ctr: Lines 1050A, and C every 15min during daytime; Lines N and O every 30min during nighttime; and line SE on weekends. From here to Main Quad is literally ~5 min on the shuttle or less than 10 min biking. Thus, you save time and money.

• Rent is available from Aug 1-Sept 30; I prefer people taking the whole period but may consider others too. The rate for Rent+All Utilities+High Speed Internet is $70/day for people renting the whole 2 months, $80/day for renting one month, $90/day for renting two weeks, or $100/day for renting one week.
