Room in a 4br/2ba house in Palo Alto ($925) - Available April 1st

One medium sized room available in a ranch style house in Midtown Palo Alto. The room fits a queen mattress and has a large closet. Currently, the room is setup as a loft with a couch underneath but you're welcome to set it up however you like. It's optionally furnished with a loft, couch, and dress. There’s also a big window so it gets plenty of sun, if you want. The room is all yours too (not shared with other roommates). There is a one-year least minimum lease.

The house comes with

• shared kitchen with all the typical appliances
• two fridges/freezers (no worrying about space!)
• living and dining rooms
• a common storage room
• garage (doesn’t fit a car, but great for bikes)
• a sunny backyard with a garden.

The house is within easy walking distance to Safeway, good Thai food, and multiple cafes. It’s also 2 minutes from 101 and 10 minutes from downtown Palo Alto. For those at Stanford, we're 10 minutes away driving and 20 minutes of easy biking. There's also plentiful street parking and a spot in the driveway for you too.

We are two boys and a girl (20s-30s) who work either at Stanford or in Palo Alto. Everyone gets along well and we are social together but still do our own thing.
