Room in a 4BR house. Great Price, friendly housemates

Great price for the area. The room is about 150 sq. feet and a few pieces of IKEA furniture remain from the previous roommate for use if desired (queen bed/frame, lamps, deckchair. Not pictured). There's a dual sliding door closet that's quite spacious.

Looking for April 2019 start or before. This will ideally last through August 2019 and a full year lease can be signed at that point if desired.

We are a postdoc at Stanford chemical engineering, a biotech startup technician, and a software developer. We're aged 24-30, from the USA and Europe; we're male but we've had female roommates in the past. We're pretty easygoing about house rules and are generally courteous noise-wise on weeknights.

• Address is at Hunter Street in East Palo Alto (close to the 101, IKEA, Facebook)

• About 25 min by bike / 15-25 min (depending on traffic) by car to Stanford (3 car driveway and off-street parking with only one car so far). We've biked it almost every day for the past two years and it's a pretty flat and easy ride with bike lanes almost the whole way (University Ave)

*2 Full shared bathrooms with dual sinks and shower in each.

• Palo Alto is the nearest Caltrain station (so pretty much the same distance)

• House was completely renovated right before we moved in in late 2015.

• Kitchen with garbage disposal, gas stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave

• Living room with TV, large sofa, and dining table

• Hardwood floors

• Washer/dryer on the back porch

• Parking space in front of the house. Significant off street parking space. No issues with vandalism or neighbors in 2 years living here.

• Large backyard with several fruit trees
