Looking for someone to join our lovely home in downtown Palo Alto! We are a group of six young professionals and graduate students. The home is a spacious multi-level home just a few blocks away from University Ave. We have a large backyard, kitchen, and living room. The bedroom is on the first floor with a ton of natural light. There is a bathroom next to the room that is shared with two other housemates. Can optionally provide some furniture. Looking for a tenant for 3 months with the possibility of extending beyond that. The room is available immediately or starting 06/01. Rent is $1200/mo which includes utilities.
