One bedroom available in a beautiful, sunny three bedroom house in Palo Alto! I'm moving to San Francisco to start a new job in two weeks, so I need someone to take over my lease, which runs until August 31, 2016, and could potentially be extended beyond that. Move in date is flexible. Sunday, October 18 would be best. But any day between October 11 and November 1 could work.

Your roommates would be two 30-ish women. One is a doctor and researcher at Stanford. One works at an education technology start up.

The house has a nicely remodeled kitchen, a big bright living room with a big new TV, and a beautiful patio and yard. The bedroom is a good size with a big closet and gets plenty of natural light. The common areas of the house are furnished. New, high efficiency washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher are included. And there is plenty of storage space. There's also covered parking in the driveway.

The house is in a great location on a quiet street near the intersection of Loma Verde and Middlefield Rd. in Palo Alto. Five minute walk to Philz Coffee and Sancho's Taqueria. Fifteen minute bike to Stanford. Fifteen minute bike to University Ave. Twenty minute bike to Castro St. in Mountain View.
