1BR available in 3BR/2BA for $1375/month starting Aug 1 near downtown Mountain View. You'll share a bathroom with me, a female in her late 20s who works in tech. Also living here is E, female in her mid-30s who works as an editor in education. We're both WFH for right now due to COVID.
About a 10-15 minute walk to Castro Street/Mountain View Caltrain Station.
Room (about 11x12) can come unfurnished or partially furnished with a queen bed, nightstand, and chair if needed. Month-to-month sublease (flexibility!), $1500 security deposit due on signing. Utilities will be charged at a flat rate of $125 per month, due at the beginning of each month.
Apartment has: in-unit washer/dryer, central AC and heat, plenty of free street parking nearby, garage space for storage, large screen TV, dishwasher, garbage disposal, kitchen/dish wares available for use, large patio (great for a few socially-distanced guests!)
No cats (sorry, allergies), dogs might be a possibility (we must meet the dog first!). Preference for a female roommate, but we might be open to a male roommate if there's a good fit.
