Room in Belmont 2BR/1BA, 04/01 to 10/01, $900 + utilities

I am subletting my Bay Area room from April 1st to September 30th (and possibly beyond). It's one room in a 2BR/1BA apt, shared with another guy. Price is $900 (my current rent) + utilities (~$30-50).

Apartment, including room is fully-furnished, but there is some (limited) storage available in the garage. 2 minute walk to CalTrain and most necessities (Safeway, Walgreens, bars, etc.) within 10 minutes' walk. Planet Granite 1 mile down El Camino.

15 minutes to downtown Palo Alto via CalTrain, and about 30-45 to San Francisco. Even though this is Bay Area suburbia you can survive without a car quite easily. If you do have a car, there is a lot of (free) street parking around.
