Room in cute flat in downtown Palo Alto - available June - 1750$

Hi,

I am looking for a new flat mate in our cute apartment in downtown Palo Alto. Here is some information about the place
The location of the place is right off university avenue, so very close to shops, restaurants and bars and a 10-15 min bike ride to campus.

Rent for the room will be between $1700 to 1750$ per month (depending on how much the new lease will be, all utilities included). There is a possibility of buying the furniture (bed, dresser) in the room (see pictures). The flat has a cute kitchen/living room in which we like to cook and eat (see pictures). We also have a washer/dryer in the unit, which is very convenient.
