Room in Downtown Palo Alto Available Starting August 27

A room is opening up in our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at Bryant and Hawthorne in downtown Palo Alto. We're walking distance to Stanford's campus, University Ave, and the Caltrain station. Our place has a dishwasher and washer/dryer in the unit. The bathroom is shared with one other housemate. The furniture in the room is for sale, or it can come unfurnished if you prefer to bring your own furniture.

The place is available starting August 27, but we're flexible if you would like to move in a little later. We would ask for a security deposit of $1600 along with first month's rent to move in. We're looking for someone to stay through the end of the year at least, but we can be flexible with lease term. Please let us know what you're looking for in your message.

About us:
We're two females in our 20s. One is an attorney at a law firm, and the other works at a biotech company. We enjoy spending down time in the apartment, but we're often out and about as well.
