Room in great house very close to campus

We are a group of recent grads looking to share an awesome house close to campus, after our roommate has unfortunately left us to return to his home in the Netherlands. The house is ~1800 sq. ft, 5BR, 3 bath, and has a large backyard patio, carport, shed, and ping pong dedicated room.

Location: on San Mateo Drive in Menlo Park, quite close to bike bridge to campus, MP & PA downtowns
Rent: $1325 /month + utilities
Start date: Immediate
Lease term: 2+ months. Lease is guaranteed through end of July but becomes month to month afterwards because of pending renovations
Furniture: House is fully furnished, room only includes full size bed with mattress
Who you are: Clean and neat are most important! Other than that, we are looking for a roomie who is easy-going and friendly. Dog-friendly and no car (we have no space for it!) Sorry, but no couples.
