We are a group of recent Stanford alums & friends who live in a lovely 3 bedroom home in Glen Park. The room is available immediately since we got some last minute notice that one of the roommates has to move out. Bonus points for being able to start the lease asap.
Transportation:
- Street parking is some of the best in the city. You can always find a spot in front of the house, there is no time limit and street cleaning is only once every other week.
- We are about a 10-15 minute walk from Glen Park Bart (.7 miles)
Amenities:
- Washer and dryer in the house
- large living room w/ entertainment system
- Fully [we've got at least two of everything] equipped kitchen
- Room can come furnished with bed, small bookshelf, table, chair, curtains, etc if you like
- We've got a bit of a backyard and a balcony in the front
Considerations:
- the room is small and the door opens to the kitchen, so while it's private, it can feel less private than a normal room.
- We are a social house - not necessarily in the party sense, but we like to hang out as roommates (dinners, movies, occasional parties). We're a group of outgoing introverts :). So being a chill, social person is a plus.
- There are two shared bathrooms, one with a shower that are shared with two other people
