Don't worry, Portola Valley is not far away! It's a nice rural-suburban area tucked in the hills next to Stanford. This room is great for Stanford folks because it is close to Stanford campus and hospitals. Surrounded by endless biking/hiking trails, it's also quick drive to downtown Palo Alto and Menlo Park. The place is great for out-of-town commuters, Stanford post-docs, medical residents, professionals on assignment with Stanford or a corporate long term assignment.

The entire place is a 4700 sq ft home, with 1 en-suite room available for rent. You would be sharing the home with two women: the landlady, who is a single retired woman (with a cat) and another lady who is a quiet, vegan, marketing consultant. They are happy to share the home with any gender! This room is available as early as July 1st (flexible start date available). There is a separate in-law unit in the basement level rented by two married young professionals.
