We are a semi-retired married couple offering shared housing, for just the right female renter. She must enjoy quiet and privacy, yet like the idea of sharing a house. It would be ideal for a graduate student, Stanford staffer, or someone already in the workforce. We have 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs. We are renting them to two women. Additionally, they will share exclusive use of the remaining parts of the upstairs level, which include one bathroom and a large living space. The large bedrooms are identical in size and design. It is a bright cheerful space. One of these bedrooms has been taken.
The house is spacious and inviting. Both renters will share most of the house with us, which include the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and the downstairs bath. Also, free use of our good sized yard.
We have a small, loving dog.
The rent is $1500 per person. Utilities and wifi are included.
Additionaly, we have a downstairs bedroom that has its own bath. This room rents for $1350
