We have one room available in our newly rented apartment. The apartment has been extensively renovated and everything there is brand new. We are two PhD students at Stanford and we have been roommates for about 3 years. We would like to roommate with a student who's social, neat, and considerate. We are usually on campus most of the weekdays, but we try to take breaks from studying and invite invite friends over once in a while.
No pets or overnight guests please.
Pictures are from the staged unit, which is very similar (if not identical) to the one we will be moving into.
