Greetings! With a bittersweet heart, I announce my departure from our wonderful home in the heart of Midtown Palo Alto, as I return to my home country. This presents a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a friendly household in one of the most beautiful locations in the city.

- Rent is $1,290 per month + utilities = between $ 1390 and $ 1450, depending on season.
- One-time payment of $ 280 for the furniture
Location:
- The house is on the corner of Louis Rd and Colorado Rd
- Greer park or Hoover Park are close
- Walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacies (Middlefield Rd) and a few restaurants
- Rather 15 than 20 minute bike ride to Stanford campus
- 15-20 minutes to the Google Mountain View office
- Close to baytrails (~1.2 miles) - good for running or hiking
Home Features:
- Two wonderful living rooms (one up- and one downstairs)
- Kitchen with everything required to cook a delicious meal

- Garage with a little gym for workouts

- Bathroom is shared by 4 roommates (the remaining roommate has a seperate one)
