Looking for someone to take over my room in a really neat all-Black house in Mountain View (Move in Jan. 15. Lease ends April 4).
The room is 11 X 10.5. Rent is $850, including utilities. Deposit is $750. There is an additional monthly charge of ~17 for internet. You'll also be expected to split the cost for household items like toilet paper.
There are three other folks living in the house--all in their early 20s. 420 friendly.There is a cat in the house (you don't have to be his friend if you don't want to). There is a nice sized back yard with a couple fruit trees. The house is a 5 min walk from CVS, Walgreens, Chipotle, Yogurtland, and more. 5-7 min walk from 4 different bus stops.
No couples. No additional pets. Preference to Black folx specifically and POC folx in general.
