Room in Mountain View Townhouse

Price: $1,333 month to month lease. Nonsmoking townhouse (only share one wall; we're an end unit).

We split utilities (water, PGE, internet) three ways, which works out to about $100/each a month. We also split a Costco membership, but if you don't want to be part of that it's fine.

What: A room (10ftx10ft), your own bathroom (v spacious), in-unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, kitchen, the house is furnished

Bonuses:

• You can talk to current roommate if you want to keep any of his furniture before he sells it!
• our housing community has a pool, hot tub, 2 tennis courts, and lots of dogs and shared green space!
• we have a lemon tree - its pretty cool!
• there are many redwood trees :)
• fenced backyard with a table to work outside!

Whom you will be living with:

• Steph: 26F awesome, in and out
• Lark: 26F homebody, super chill, also awesome
• Noodles: Doggo with happy smiles! She's a 10-month-old hound mix, about 60lbs and very friendly. She doesn't jump on new people, but you might get a couple barks.

Steph is gluten-free, Lark eats most foods, and Noodles eats...anything. All our kitchenware has touched meat (including pork and beef), so if you keep kosher/halal or are veggie/vegan you may want to bring your own unless you don't mind.
