Room in Munger quad, May 31- September 20, $3500 TOTAL ($950 a month)

IMPORTANT: Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.

I am subletting a bedroom in a 4-person Munger Quad. Other three roommates will be male, restricted to males who will be grad students or otherwise affiliated with Stanford over the summer. I will be gone the entire summer and am looking to get back only what I'm paying, which is $3500. I am not taking any finals this quarter so you can move in a week or two before most rooms will open up. If you stay the full 3 and 2/3rds months, this comes out to only about $950 per month. No deposit necessary, we can work out the schedule of payments.
