The room is 12x10 and unfurnished, with a small closet, wood floors and built-in shelves in hallway (just outside the room) for occupant's use.
$1300/month + utilities.

We are three guys, one grad student and two professionals. We're Christian, but open to a housemate of any religious background. We're pretty tidy and enjoy hosting social events at the house.
