A clean and organized room in a apartment that you will share with 3 very friendly, responsible graduate students. A med, and 2 math students. The 'Rains' apartments are located conveniently and are known as being housed by fun and social students forming a small community on their own. I have decorated my room well and always keep things tidy. I will be moving to Boston for 3 months so you have plenty of space to store your belongings, and you can make use of my audio system, lamps, kitchen equipment etc... The apartment overlooks a nice grassy field with trees and is not next to a road. Plenty of BBQ opportunities out front! You may even use my bicycle if you take good care of it :)

Available from June 13 (earliest) through September 20 (latest), dates are somewhat flexible!
Rent is $990,- p/m
Deposit is $200,- refunded at end of lease.

You need to be Stanford affiliated. I.e. one of the activities below:

• Graduate (summer) student
• Teaching
• Attending an un-housed conference at Stanford
• Doing research
• Providing administration services
• Traveling to be near a minor child who will be attending a housed summer camp on the Stanford campus

Thus since this is through official housing, you get all the benefits of Stanford (free repairs, support and guaranteed that I am a student with good intentions, renting it out to you for the normal (subsidized) rent).
