We live on a lovely 23 acre property of rolling hills and oak ridges nestled among a golden valley. It's a beautiful landscape, five minutes from the top of Windy Hill, 30min from Stanford, 40 from Redwood City.

Upon this property lies a 5 bedroom / 2.5 bath house holding the promise of a warm home. All bedrooms have access to balconies with sunrise views. The house features large common space with high ceilings, a large kitchen for communal cooking, a large balcony, wood burning stove, and even a piano! This house is surrounded by gardens, chickens, pastures, and forests - plenty of space to grow, play, reflect, and unwind.

Our group currently consists of scientists, artists, entrepreneurs and positive thinkers with cooperative living experience; all aspiring to revel in each other's company while creating our own reality.

We want to secure a diverse group of good spirited professional people with a strong bias towards action, who prefer culture over bureaucracy, who want to learn from nature, and who are okay with failing. And we want people who are excited to build a strong community.

We have one room open called the triangle room, great for a single person though we'd consider a couple, and has a shared balcony with the other single. Room is $800 plus the cost of utilities (high-speed Internet, gas, electricity, trash) and deposit (paid over first three months). It is available for move-in by December 1.
