Room In San Jose House - Short Walk From Tamien Station

I am moving out of my bedroom in a beautiful Willow Glen house. 1081 Spencer Avenue, near the corner of Spencer Avenue and Willow St. 10 minute walk to the Tamien Caltrain Station. I happily spent the last 3 years of my PhD here.

The house has a beautiful backyard, living room, and fireplace area. You can find a great walkthrough of the house on Zillow.

My two roommates are looking for a new person to take over my portion of the lease. They are both European guys in their 30s, and are clean, very friendly, social, and outdoorsy. Both are great personal friends. You will need furniture for the bedroom. The rest of the house is already furnished, although they may be amenable to you bringing your living/dining room furniture.

You will share a full bathroom with one other housemate. There is a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and space to hang clothes on the 1st floor.

The designated move-in date is April 1st, although you can move in sooner if needed. The lease runs through August, but both housemates intend to renew for another year.

The house unfortunately does not allow dogs.
