Room in San Mateo (Los Prados)

We are looking for a roommate to take a private, unfurnished room in a 3/2 house.

Room has a good closet and size, available for $1300/month (plus utilities). It shares a bathroom.

We have not yet moved in so the pictures show it as is / unfurnished.

Details:

• The place is located 1.7 miles away from the hillsdale caltrain station (a bullet stop)
• Parking is not an issue at all (plenty of street parking)
• Nice little backyard
• Washer and Dryer in the house
• Garage
• Dogs are okay - our doggo is hoping for a friend
• Place is available May 2nd

About us:

• We are a married couple
• We own a 30lb dog - you must be okay with dogs
• One of us works at a tech company
• One of us is about to graduate from a masters program at Stanford and then work in consulting
• We are both pretty laid back easy-going people
• Additional roommate works at a tech company and splits time between San Mateo and Denver
