Room in spacious house, Menlo Park

APARTMENT STARTING SEPTEMBER 1: Hi! We are 3 clinical psychology graduate students (women, mid-twenties) looking for a fourth person to join our house in Menlo Park. The house is newly renovated with lots of natural light, and is in a lovely quiet neighborhood. We are just five minutes from downtown Menlo Park, Trader Joes, Costco, and the highway, and ten minutes from Stanford and downtown Palo Alto. There is plenty of free street parking and a long driveway. The house has a washer and dryer, dishwasher, a lovely backyard and patio, and a large garage/shed that can be used for storage, working out, etc.

We're looking for someone to join our lease from September 1st through June 30th. Rent is $1300 + utilities (which tend to be around $70 per person for internet, electric, gas, and water).
