Room in supernice 2BR apart with private parking (downtown Menlo Park)

Unfortunately, I have to move out of my room in an amazing downtown Menlo Park apartment and I'm looking for someone to sublet my room until the end of the lease (June 30th) starting end of January (approximately. Once the lease ends, you should be able to renew it. It's a bright and spacious 2BD/1BA apartment in a quiet cul-de-sac two blocks away from Santa Cruz ave and walking distance to main groceries. The bedroom is about 120 square feets + a very big closet. The room's rent is $1100 a month; the security deposit is $1100 too. Utilities run around $50 a month. The apartment is managed by a property manager which makes it convenient every time something needs to be fixed.

The apartment is part of a small complex that shares a washer and dryer. You'd have your own covered parking spot. You'd be living with my wonderful housemate Maryl, a French teacher in her thirties.
