2 rooms with a bathroom in house in West Menlo Park. Beautiful outdoor area, 2 miles to Stanford University, Downtown Menlo Park and Palo Alto. Can be rented together for 2200$ or separate for 1150$ per room monthly.
Rent includes: all utilities (water, electricity, garbage..) internet, laundry. There will be extra fee of 60$ per month per room for cleaning once a week.
Rooms are furnished with: bed, Sofa, Desk, Fridge,Table and chairs, Closet. Extra storage area, parking, one of the rooms has TV. No kitchen, but there are a small fridge, toaster, hot water kettle, coffee maker and microwave.
No smoking or pets allowed, limited visitors.
One room is available by the first July.
