Room Opening in West Menlo (15 min or less bike to campus)

We have a room opening up ASAP in our house!

Rent: $1442 per month + utilities which come out to about $60
Location: Right near the intersection of Alameda de las Pulgas and Valpariso in West Manlo Park
Room/House: The room has its own full bathroom (small) and a double closet (master bedroom of the house). We have been in the house for 3 years because it has been such a great find!

• 3 other roommates, each with their own room sharing the other bathroom
• Landlord has not raise rent (and reduced once by request)
• HUGE backyard with hottub, fire pit, covered patio hammocks,... (we like it a lot)
• More than enough common space (2 living rooms, connected dining room and kitchen)
• Garage with storage space and parking for up to 6 cars easily (parking is not an issue)
• Roommates who like living with each other!

We have a great relationship with the landlord (who grew up in the house), great house and great house mates.
