Hey everyone! We have a room opening up in our spacious 3-bedroom apartment in Jamaica Plain starting September 1st, and we’re looking for a cool new roommate to join the lease.

The Basics

Rent: $1,160/month

Utilities: Usually around $70–$110 (depending on the season)

Move-in: First month + security deposit (and absolutely no broker fee)

No pets / No smoking

The Space

It’s a really great, spacious setup with awesome perks:

Outdoor vibes: We have both front and back porches, plus a huge backyard.

The kitchen: Fully stocked with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and oven.

Laundry & Storage: In-unit washer/dryer upstairs (with its own storage room), plus tons of extra storage space down in the basement.

Parking: Street parking is super easy and free, but we also have one designated parking spot that comes with the place.

The Location

The spot is in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything:

Literally a 2-minute walk to Jamaica Pond and 10 minutes to the Arboretum (perfect for summer/fall).

Super easy commute to Longwood Medical Area.

Right by the 39 bus and a 15-minute walk to Green Street on the Orange Line.

A Bit About Us & What We’re Looking For

We’re in our mid/late 20s+, pretty busy with our own day-to-day schedules, so the apartment is usually a quiet, peaceful place to unwind. That said, we’re super friendly and love to catch up, share a drink, or grab a bite together in the common areas when we’re both free.

We’re looking for a single occupant who is:

Friendly, communicative, and easygoing

Clean, respectful, and down to help keep the shared spaces tidy and comfortable
