Room share in Marquis apartment complex for single female

This is an affordable, clean room share with apartment amenities such as a walk-in closet, in-house laundry, fully eqipped kitchen (including dishwasher) and balcony. You will be sharing a large room with a tidy, female, Stanford graduate student. Ideally, you are in school or have a fulltime job. The room comes with a smart TV (with Roku) and free Netflix and Hulu accounts. Utilities are around 70USD a month for high speed WiFi, water, trash, electricity and renters' insurance. Other utilities such as toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent can be provided for a small additional cost. Kitchen appliances can be used responsibly.

The apartment complex has many useful amenities such as a community room, gym, library, pool room, heated pool/hot tub and BBQ lounges. It also has a nice dog park next to it and is conveniently located close to downtown San Jose. The Caltrain is a 15min bike ride away and there is ample off-street parking as well. Carpooling to Stanford can be arranged as well.

There are about 6 months left on the lease but it is quite flexible and shorter terms are welcome too. Deposit is 250USD and the place is open for rent ASAP. We can arrange viewing times and a credit and income check is required to get onto the lease.
